Refund Policy
Build The Ark Co.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial billing cycle. After day 7, no refunds are issued, though cancellation stops future charges.
Annual & One-Time Programs
The Option Seller School annual membership and one-time digital products are backed by a 30-day refund policy. Members may cancel anytime but receive no refunds beyond the initial 30-day window.
ArkIQ Software
ArkIQ and related features offer a 30-day refund policy for dissatisfied customers. After 30 days, access becomes non-refundable except as legally required.
ArkPicks Standalone
Standalone subscriptions allow refunds within the first 30 days. Afterward, cancellation stops renewals but does not refund the current term.
Processing Details
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny requests showing apparent abuse or policy violations.
